Open Positions

Founders' Associate – Business Development

Help us grow WeBorn beyond our own walls.

This is a dynamic role at the intersection of business development, sales & marketing. You’ll work closely with the founders and help scale WeBorn through partnerships, brand growth, and hands-on execution. Perfect for someone entrepreneurial who loves variety, ownership, and building meaningful things fast.

Your responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Partnerships

• Build and expand corporate partnerships

• Identify, approach, and manage insurance companies and business partners

• Prepare and lead sales pitches

• Develop new sales opportunities and strategic collaborations

• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers

2. Social Media & Community Growth

• Manage Instagram end-to-end

• Create image posts and reels (editing included)

• Write captions

• Create and upload stories & posts

• Community management and engagement

3. Content & Brand Support

• Support content creation up to full ownership (shootings, concepts, execution)

• Create print materials (flyers, gift cards, vouchers) incl. print coordination

• Support or fully own merchandise design and production

• Create and send the weekly newsletter

What you bring:

• Strong closing mindset and motivation to exceed targets

• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on attitude

• Fluent German & English (written and spoken)

• Open, proactive communication

• Outstanding interpersonal skills

• Structured working style and strong sense of ownership

• Reliable execution and ability to meet deadlines

• Basic Canva skills

• Basic video editing skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in partnerships, business development, or startup environments

• Experience managing an Instagram account

• Experience managing a TikTok account

• Eye for branding, design, and trends

Guide

Hold space. Guide experiences. Move people.

As a WeBorn Guide, you create and lead classes that allow people to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous system, and experience real transformation.

Your role:

• Lead WeBorn classes (movement, breathwork, recovery)

• Hold a safe, inclusive, and energizing space

• Create meaningful group experiences

What you bring:

• Education/ background in sports, health or wellbeing

• Experience in leading groups (movement, breathwork, coaching, etc.)

• Strong presence and ability to hold space

• Passion for community, wellbeing, and human connection

How you can become a WeBorn Guide:

• Every 7 to 8 months, we start our WeBorn Academy. A training designed to provide you with deep knowledge in heat & cold exposure, breathwork, and many more. After the completed training, you can become a WeBorn Guide.

Balance Crew (Reception)

Be the first energy people feel when they enter.

As part of our Balance Crew, you are the heart of the studio — welcoming, supporting, and ensuring everything flows smoothly.

Your role:

• Front desk & reception tasks

• Welcoming and checking in guests

• Supporting daily operations

• Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere

What you bring:

• Friendly, open, and reliable personality

• Strong communication skills
