Sauna Bathing

  • Content: movements, stretching, skin-care rituals, drumming and music, lights & scents adjusted to the motive of the class
  • Temperature: 65-85°C  
  • Benefits: anti-inflammation, decreased cortisol, increased athletic performance 

Cold Plunging

  • Content: ~2-minute dips in cold water facilitated by
    breathing techniques. singing bowls, gongs and light movement 
  • Temperature: 0-8°C
