TEAM.

1. Marketing Role 25h/ week

  • Tasks:

    • Managing Instagram (creating post images & reels (incl. editing), writing captions, creating and uploading stories and posts, community management)

    • Creating print materials (flyers, gift cards), incl. coordinating printing

    • Supporting or independently handling content creation (photo/video shoots)

    • Supporting or independently handling merchandise design and logistics

    • Creating and sending out the weekly newsletter

  • Requirements:

    • Fluent in English & German

    • Basic knowledge of Canva

    • Basic video editing skills

    • Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, open communication style

  • Bonus skills:

    • Experience managing an Instagram channel

    • Experience managing a TikTok channel

  • Growth opportunities:

    • Expand and develop responsibilities and task ownership

    • Take over and build up TikTok and/or LinkedIn presence

    • Option to lead and grow an international team in the future (if we want to include this now)

  • Starting date: End January/ Beginning February 2026

     

  • Salary: 1.570€/ month plus WeBorn & other benefits


2. Sales Role 25h/ week

  • Tasks:

    B2B:

    • Develop and grow corporate partnerships

    • Identify, approach, and manage relationships with insurance companies and corporate partners

    • Prepare and conduct sales pitches

    B2C:

    • Reactivate existing customers via email and phone

  • Requirements:

    • Strong closing orientation & enjoyment in exceeding targets

    • Excellent communication skills in German & English (written & spoken), plus outstanding interpersonal skills

    • Structured work style, high reliability in meeting deadlines, transparent and proactive communication

  • Bonus skills:

    • Experience in sales & partnership management

    • Experience with Microsoft Excel & CRM systems

  • Growth opportunities:

    • Expand and develop responsibilities and task ownership

    • Option to lead and grow an international team in the future (if we want to include this now)

  • Starting date: Beginning March 2026

  • Salary: 1.570€/ month plus WeBorn & other benefits plus performance-based bonus depending on deal closure
