Which class fits best my needs?

Any class will reduce muscle soreness, decrease stress levels and improve your emotional capacity.

Decide first on the class type:

  • Inward: calm down & look at your current state of mind; meditation, fantasy
    journeys or little movements
  • Outward: socialize, move & get energized; an alcohol-free alternative to a party
  • Special: experience a longer session, learn more about the health benefits and have great food

Then select a specific class, whose description sounds most appealing to you.

What can I expect to experience?

Experience a completely new sensory experience via the interplay of scent, light, music, sweat and shiver, led by expert-guides, and based on science. We start in the sauna, but instead of the usual lonely and quiet space, you will do breathwork, move and mingle.
