Extreme Temperatures & Posture Boost
Experience the extreme temperatures at the WeBorn Space even stronger, and improve your posture with exercises of the Egoscue Method.
Feeling afterwards:

Activities in the sauna (90-100°C): do it 3 times
- Simple, yet highly effective postural exercises
- Breathwork
- Strong towel waving & an even hotter sauna than usual
Activities in the ice bath (3-7°C): do it twice
- Once very long with guided breathwork
- Once a shorter one with extra challenges

This class doesn't follow the classic signature class structure.
The sauna will be done 3 times (2x 12-15mins & hotter, + a short warmpup in the end); there will be 2 ice baths to experience the cold on a new level.
